Pete's project Sort Your Life Out (SYLO) offers coaching to people who want practical solutions to everyday problems, including; breaking habits, conquering fears, improving relationships, boosting health and fitness and weight loss as well as changing career and improving finances. Pete offers SYLO all day workshops and recently launched the first audios in the SYLO series called Sort Your Life Our Slimming.

Instructions:

Step One:

Listening to the first audio will help you define what you want to achieve. Pete gives you the information for you to educate and empower yourself so that you can start getting results straight away.

Step Two:

The second audio outlines and explains the nine different powerful techniques and tools that you will choose and use in Step Three. There are three nutritional tools, three exercise and activity tools, and three tools to help you change your behaviour and emotions.

Step Three:

In the third audio you will be using the tools that you have chosen over a period of 21 days. You will focus on using just a few tools at once so that you have the time and space to practice using them well. You will develop new habits that will help you lose weight and keep it off.

Step Four:

The previous step was the practice ground to making permanent change. Step Four is about putting what you’ve practiced into real life. Without having to think about it, you will begin to eat, exercise, think and feel like a slim, fit, healthy person.

The Relaxation and Transformation audio:

The last audio will help you to reprogram your mind and assist, support and reinforce all the new thoughts and behaviours you will be taking on.
